Yes, all Centr fitness equipment comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Specific premium items may qualify for extended coverage.
What is your return policy for apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders enter our processing system immediately to ensure fast delivery. You can request a cancellation within 30 minutes of purchase; after that, you will need to initiate a standard return once the item arrives.
How do I access the digital coaching features included with my purchase?
Upon purchase of qualifying equipment, you will receive a unique activation code via email. Simply download the Centr app and enter the code in the 'Redeem' section of your account settings.
